Ny funksjon (åpne i kartapp) pluss fire feilrettinger siden v1.10.2:
- Android: kartapp-knapp med geo:-intent (#2), desimalkomma i
  delingstekst (#20), hybrid dyplenke-liste med badge (#13/#18),
  synlig posisjonspil (#16)
- PWA: hybrid dyplenke-liste med badge (#17), dyplenker ved kald
  førstelast (#19)

- versionCode 17 → 18, versionName 1.10.2 → 1.11.0
- User-Agent Tilfluktsrom/1.11.0
- fastlane changelogs/18.txt (en/nb/nn, ≤500 tegn)

- Fixed: geo: link in shared text used decimal commas on Norwegian devices
- Fixed: a shelter opened via shared link outside the nearest ones is shown last with an "outside nearest" badge, not as if it were closest
- Fixed: position arrow on the map was invisible on light areas
- PWA: shared links now work on first visit; same badge as Android
