Harden build and config security

- Uncomment *.jks and *.keystore in .gitignore to prevent
  accidental keystore commits
- Disable android:allowBackup to prevent ADB data extraction
- Add distributionSha256Sum to gradle-wrapper.properties for
  tamper detection of Gradle distributions
